• Call 314-391-6400 and get an RMA number
• Use the original box and package material while returning the product
• Include the copy of your invoice and write the RMA number on the invoice
• Use insured shipment
• Flat fee of $6 Shipping/handling charges will be deducted while issuing the refund

30-DAY exchange policy

This policy applies only to the defective items. This should never happen but if you find any thing wrong with our item, we will fix it or replace it for free within 15 days from the date of purchase. Below are the instructions for exchanging your item.
